Introduction
DZL seires coal/biomass fired steam boiler realizes almost zero pollution with the use of special dust collector solution (bag dust collector, double towers desulfurization, etc.), it is honored as Chinese famous brand. This series boiler is single drum horizontal type shell boiler, the combustion equipment is chain grate (small scale flaker is available), has the advantages of feed mechanically and strong adaptability of different fuels. The fuel could be II class bituminous coal, the diameter should be 6-25mm, and ash content should be less than 32.4%. Otherwise, DZL series boiler could also burn biomass fuel, including wood, straw, bagasse, rice husk, coconut shell, cotton seeds, peanut shell, etc.

Advantage
1 The boiler barrel is consisted of arched tube plate and thread smoke tube, it makes the boiler Quasi steel body into quasi-elastic body structure. It cancel brace part of the tube plate, reduce the stress .Tube plate's smoke tube change from double return into single return. It solves problem of the tube plate crack
2 It takes the thread smoke tube to enhance heat transfer, improve the heat transfer coefficient and thermal efficiency. Due to disturbance of smoke in the tube, the smoke pipe is not easy to accumulate dust ,it can clean by itself .
3 The bottom of the boiler barrel layout with bank of tubes. It will avoid the dead water region in the bottom of the boiler barrel, then sludge is hard to deposit. Boiler barrel can get good cooling, it avoid the bottom of the pot shell burnt or bulge effectively.
